Short Term Parking for Blue Disabled Badge holders

There are dedicated disabled parking bays for Blue Disabled Badge holders at the front of the Short Term Car Park. Free parking is allowed for the first 60 minutes. Any overstay of the free 60 minute period will result in the full charge being made from first arrival.

Please leave the parking clock in the vehicle and take your badge for validation to the Priority Parking Reception adjacent to the taxi rank outside the terminal building.

Passenger Assistance Telephones are available should further assistance be required.

Mid Term and Long Term Parking for Blue Disabled Badge holders

The Mid Term Parking facility is suited to both business and leisure travellers and has designated disabled bays. A fully accessible bus service is provided for transport to the terminal. Our drivers welcome the opportunity to assist disabled customers to board and disembark the buses on request.

A Special Assistance Help Point is available enabling disabled customers to call for free assistance.

The Long Term Parking facility also welcomes disabled drivers. A fully accessible bus service is provided for transport to the terminal. Airport drivers welcome the opportunity to assist disabled customers to board and disembark the buses on request.

There is also a Special Assistance Help Point enabling disabled passengers to call for free assistance. Large groups of disabled passengers are advised to contact the Airport in advance with their requirements.  This can be done by calling 0845 303 7397 or emailing luton.customerservices@APCOA.com

Drop Off Zone for Blue Disabled Badge holders

Vehicles may not be left unattended and there is a 10 minute free drop off limit only.

Disabled customers are advised to use the adjacent short term car park. This car park has a Help Point, enabling customers to call for free porter assistance.

The short term car park also offers the first 60 minutes parking free to Blue Badge holders. They are requested to leave the parking clock in the vehicle and take their badge for validation to the Priority Parking Reception adjacent to the taxi rank outside the terminal building.
