How to Book Disability Assistance

Disabled Customers are requested to pre-book all assistance required at least 48 hours before the scheduled time of departure of their flight.

This booking must be made with the airline, tour operator or travel agent.

Best efforts will be made to accommodate non-booked or late booked disabled customers, however, this may lead to a limited or delayed assistance service.
