Smoking Policy

Please note:
From 1st July 2007 it is against UK Law to smoke in public buildings.

Smoking will not be permitted anywhere at London Luton Airport except in external designated areas.

Babycare Room

Special babycare rooms, equipped with changing tables, nappy dispensers and other essential equipment are available to provide comfort and privacy for passengers travelling with young babies.

BT Openzone Wireless LAN

BT Openzone, a public-access wireless broadband (Wi-Fi) service that gets you online at high speed when you're out and about, is now available at London Luton airport! This means you can now access the internet in hotspots around the airport without having to plug in internet cables or wires.

Visit the following areas of the airport to pick up a BT Openzone signal:

• The seating areas in the Departure Lounge
• The seating areas around the Departure Lounge Gates 1 - 9
• The seating areas around the Departure Lounge Gates 10 - 12
• Catering Units
• The Executive Lounge

Once you're in a hotspot, open an internet browser and enter www.btopenzone.com to access the BT Openzone log-in page. If you don't already have an account with BT Openzone, you can purchase BT Openzone access time when you're in any hotspot, or from this website by clicking here and then clicking on the BT Openzone banner at the bottom of the page.

The Change Group

The Change Group offers currency exchange, BT Phonecards and travel insurance.
