Smoking Policy

Please note:
From 1st July 2007 it is against UK Law to smoke in public buildings.

Smoking will not be permitted anywhere at London Luton Airport except in external designated areas.

Onward Travel Centre

London Luton Airport's Onward Travel Centre offers passengers a one-stop shop for all your onward travel needs.

The centre includes sales points for car hire, rail, coach and bus tickets, the NCP car Parking ticket validation unit and also a travel agent for hotels and other trips/excursions.

The Onward Travel Centre is located on the main concourse in the terminal building.

BT Openzone Wireless LAN

BT Openzone, a public-access wireless broadband (Wi-Fi) service that gets you online at high speed when you're out and about, is now available at London Luton airport! This means you can now access the internet in hotspots around the airport without having to plug in internet cables or wires.

Visit the following areas in Arrivals to pick up a BT Openzone signal:

• Costa Coffee

Once you're in a hotspot, open an internet browser and enter www.btopenzone.com to access the BT Openzone log-in page. If you don't already have an account with BT Openzone, you can purchase BT Openzone access time when you're in any hotspot, or from this website by clicking here and then clicking on the BT Openzone banner at the bottom of the page.
