Before Purchasing Green Line Tickets Online Please Read the Following:

Green Line 757 Online Ticket Sales Terms and Conditions

(Please note the following is in addition to the normal Terms and Conditions of the Company.)

Application for refunds should be made in writing to the address below accompanied with all relevant documentation and must be made within 21 days of date of travel. All requests are at the discretion of the General Manager.

Refunds will not be made on mislaid or forgotten email vouchers that are not presented on the day of travel. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the voucher is presented to the driver as proof of purchase.

Green Line 757 cannot be held responsible for any traffic, airport or airline delays resulting in missed flights.

A £3 administration fee is payable at the discretion of the General Manager.

Important Booking Information

  • This service only allows you to pre-purchase tickets, you are not reserving a seat.
  • Please check the timetable prior to booking.
  • When purchasing tickets you will be asked for your date of outward travel (the date when you will make your first journey journey on Green Line 757). You will only be able to exchange the voucher for a ticket on this date.
  • IMPORTANT - an e-mail will be sent to you, this will have your ticket(s) as an attachment (you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader), please print and hand to the driver when you board the coach.
  • Please allow sufficient time between the arrival of the coach at London Luton Airport and the advised check-in time for your flight.
