On Arrival at London Luton Airport

On arrival at London Luton Airport follow the Gold signs for Short Term Parking.

For speed and convenience we recommend that you insert your credit card into car park entry barrier. This will open the barrier. Park and secure your car and make your way to the terminal.

Alternatively obtain your entrance ticket from the barrier. Park and secure your car and make your way to the terminal.

Upon your Return

For your speed and convenience, if you wish to pay by credit card, proceed directly to your vehicle and drive to the exit barrier there is no need to visit a payment point.

If you used your credit card to enter the car park, insert the same credit card into the exit column. Your card will be debited with the cost of your stay, a receipt will be issued and the barrier will open for your departure.

If you have a taken a ticket and wish to pay by credit card. Insert your ticket followed by your credit card into the exit column. Your card will be debited with the cost of your stay, a receipt will be issued and the barrier will open for your departure.

If you wish to pay by cash, please note there is no payment at exit. You must visit one of the Pay on Foot machines before returning to your vehicle. The Pay on Foot machines are situated in the walkway outside the Terminal building and on the pedestrian route to the car park. A receipt and an exit ticket will be issued. Drive your vehicle to the exit barrier, insert the exit ticket and the barrier will open for your departure.

Disabled Parking

There are dedicated parking bays for disabled short stay users.
