The Person
We are looking for customer-focused people to join us on various shifts during the evening and night to keep our stores running smoothly. Retail experience would be ideal but is not essential as long as you are confident, self-motivated and can work on your own initiative. If you think you've got what it takes, then we'd love to hear from you.
 
The job is a seriously demanding one, requiring you to be on your feet and working under pressure for long periods of time, but varied shifts can fit around your lifestyle and commitments. 

To meet Airport Authority regulations, all applicants must be able to supply 5 YEARS CHECKABLE WORK HISTORY, consent to a CRIMINAL RECORD CHECK and be in possession of a VALID PASSPORT.

Positions Available - All Temporary
1900-0700 and 2000-0800 (3on 3off shift pattern) 
2000-0000 Mon-Fri
2000-0000 Saturday and Sunday

Full Time Sales Colleague

Location: London Luton Airport

Role Summary

To support the store in the delivery of profit targets through effective sales, cost control and customer service delivery, both personally and by providing guidance and coaching to the sales colleagues in the store, ensuring the delivery of great customer service.

Main Activities

• Treat customers at all times in a courteous and helpful manner, dealing with queries and providing assistance.
• Greet and acknowledge all customers.
• Provide help and information to customers and establish requirements in order to identify a particular product and services that will meet their needs.
• Maintain a good level of product knowledge.
• Take ownership of the customer throughout both the sales and after sales processes.
• Provide excellent customer service for queries and the efficient resolution of complaints.
• Maintain store standards and replenishment as required.
• Provide support in other areas of the store.

Essential Requirements

• Valid full passport (including an original home office document confirming right to work and live in UK for all Non EEA Nationals).
• Be able to supply 5 years continuous employment or educational references.
• Prepared to have a Criminal reference check completed.
• Ability to work a shift pattern of 4 days on and 2 off on a rolling basis

Salary
Minimum of £5.75 per hour + Commission depending on experience,(OTE £20k)
