Q: Where do I pick up passengers from?

A:

Arriving passengers should be collected from the short stay car park where normal parking charges apply.  However, if the arriving passenger is already waiting for his/her driver in the drop off zone, then the driver may proceed to the Drop off Zone for collection as this operation should take no longer than 10 minutes.  Please note that vehicles left in the drop off zone unaccompanied will be removed and any vehicles present for more than the permitted 10 minutes will incur charges.
