Q: What happens if a Security ID Pass is Lost or Stolen?

A:

The Security ID pass holder must report the loss immediately to the ID Unit. If the Security ID Pass is lost outside of ID Unit hours, you must notify the Airport Operations Centre.
 
The applicant must also notify the Police and obtain either a lost property number or a crime reference number if the Security ID Pass is stolen.

Both the employee and Authorising Officer must complete the Lost and Stolen Security ID Pass Report Form (Form Ref: LS1) and a Permanent Security ID Pass Application Form (Form Ref: PA1).

On collection of their new Security ID Pass they must produce an acceptable form of identification.
