Q: What happens when a Security ID Pass holders details change?

A:

The ID Unit must be informed of any changes to an individual's details.  A Permanent Security ID Pass Application Form must be completed for any of the following reasons:
 
- Change of Appearance
- Change of Name
- Change of Job Title
 
If an applicant is changing their surname, original documentation must be provided in support of the application. This should either be a marriage certificate, or a letter confirming the change of name by Deed Poll or Decree Absolute.
