Q: What if I was Self-Employed?

A:

Periods of self-employment must be covered.  You must complete the self-declaration form (Form Ref: PA8).  Written confirmation from your company's accountant or solicitor, on their headed paper, will also be required to support your declaration.  If you do/did not have an accountant or solicitor, a letter is required from someone who has known them for more than two years and can support your declaration.
