Q. My Security ID Pass is ready for collection, how long do I have to collect it?
Answer:
Once the Airport Pass has been keyed onto the system, it must be collected before your CRC certificate expires or within two months (whichever is the shorter period).
A CRC remains valid for 10 weeks from the date of issue, and must still be valid on the day you collect your Security ID Pass.
Failure to collect within the specified timeframes will render the application void, and the whole application process must be repeated.
