Q. What happens when a Security ID Pass holders details change?
Answer:
The ID Centre must be informed of any changes to an individual's details. The Change of Pass Details Form (Ref IDU10) must be completed for any of the following reasons:
- Change of Appearance
- Change of Hair Colour
- Change of Name
- Change of Job Title
- Change of Access Requirements
- Change of Address
If you are changing your surname, original documentation must be provided in support of the application. This should either be a marriage certificate, or a letter confirming the change of name by Deed Poll or Decree Absolute.
Where the change only involves an address change, just the form is required and can be posted to the ID Centre
