3 New Airlines in 3 Months for London Luton Airport

London Luton Airport has seen 3 new airlines launch flights from the airport in just 3 months, a significant success story in today’s challenging economic climate.
Starting this trend was EL AL Israel Airlines launching 6 flights per week to Tel Aviv, Israel from 03 May 2009. This was closely followed by Blue Air, a Romanian low cost carrier which commenced 2 flights per week to Bacau, Romania on 01 June 2009. Most recently the airport has welcomed Wind Jet, an Italian low cost carrier which commences flights to Forli, Italy with onward connections to Catania and Palermo, Sicily on 02 July 2009. All of the new flights can be booked by viewing the respective airline websites.
