Luggage-Point is committed to reuniting passengers with their sentimental or valued items. Lost items can be reported via Luggage-Points 24-hour online service and dedicated Lost Property helplines.

If you’re worried about your items being damaged or opened by accident and spillages, whilst deterring thieves and wrongdoers from interfering with your belongings, why not use Luggage-points bag wrapping service?
Service cost: from £13.50 per bag
Larger Items (E.g. Pushchairs, Golf Clubs etc) may be charged slightly more.
Mail it on
Have you had an item confiscated at Security? Use the Mail it On service to arrange for your item to be posted to your eventual destination, your home address or alternatively stored securely at the airport until your return.
Steps:

Simply take your Mail It On form and peel the sticker with your unique reference number off the form. Attach this to your item, deposit it into the Mail it On Postbox.

Proceed through security safe in the knowledge that your item isn’t gone forever!

Using your Mail It On form, log on to our website and complete a quote request.
