LLA is compact and thoughtfully designed, but, as in most airports, anyone departing or arriving could encounter some fairly long walks and stairs.

Remember that it’s always best to pre-book Special Assistance with your airline, tour operator or travel agent at least 48 hours before the scheduled time of departure of your flight. While our Special Assistance team will always accommodate non-booked or late booked customers, you might experience a limited or delayed service.

The airline will let us know and a member of our trained Special Assistance team will be waiting to help. On arrival at the terminal, report to the Special Assistance Desk which is signposted from the entrance.

Our Special Assistance team members can help at every step of your LLA journey:

  • Getting to and from public transport (including Luton DART/Luton Aiport Express)
  • Getting to and from your car park
  • Carrying baggage
  • Navigating check-in and security
  • Getting to the plane
  • Getting on and off aircraft
  • Help with luggage on arrival

Remember that by pre-booking Special Assistance through your airline, you’ll avoid any possible delays while we organise your support.
