Here’s everything you need to know

Before you book Special Assistance

If you have mobility or disability needs, here are a few things you need to do before you book Special Assistance.

Book Special Assistance

If you, or the person you’re with, needs help getting around the airport or on and off the plane, please remember to tell your airline when you book or at least 48 hours before the flight departure time. The airline will let us know, and our Special Assistance team will be waiting to help.

Advice for customers with hidden disabilities

LLA encourages anyone with particular needs to make use of our Special Assistance services.

But we do understand that customers with hidden disabilities, such as Aspergers syndrome, might want to travel completely independently.

Parking and public transport

Find everything you need to know about Special Assistance arrangements for parking, dropping off or using public transport to get to and from London Luton Airport.

Navigating through the airport

Here you can find out about navigating through London Luton Airport and the facilities we have available for those with specific needs.

How are we doing?

Your feedback is vital in helping us to provide the very best experience for our customers.
