At LLA we operate 24 hours a day but we appreciate that aircraft operating at night can be particularly disturbing. We are conscious of the impact that these flights can have on our local community and have a number of specific night time controls to minimise this.



Our night time restrictions comprise of lower noise violation limits, movement limits and a Quota Count system. These controls limit the number of operations at night as well as encouraging airlines to operate modern, quieter generation aircraft and forms part of our commitment to help minimise disturbance for our neighbours whilst balancing the environmental impact and the economic benefit of a successful airport.
