Want to be a supplier to LLA?
London Luton Airport Operations Ltd encourages suppliers, both existing and potential, to register on its procurement portal so that they are able to bid on works, goods and services.
Please note however, we can't guarantee business simply from registering as suppliers will be selected on the basis of
a) suitability to bid for the goods, services and works
b) the amount of bidders to be selected
c) the bid being successful after a competitive process

Supplier Registration
London Luton Airport invites applicants from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to register on our Procurement Portal in order that they can bid for goods, services and works.
Note: Without registering on our In-tend ePortal you will not be able to bid for opportunities that may arise.
To register please click on the link click here and navigate to the ‘Register’ button on the right hand side or top grey bar in order start the process as shown below:
During registration, simply complete the information required on the three tabs:
- Company Details
- Business Classifications
- Company Categories
Once completed, click the ‘Register My Company’ button located at the bottom of the page.
The process should take approximately 10 minutes. Any queries please use the ‘Help’ tab to contact In-tend’s helpdesk.
You will only need to register one account, within which you can add multiple users from within your organisation.
This feature does not exist as a tab until after you have successfully registered your company on the portal.
Note: registering your company on In-tend does not automatically express interest in any tender(s) you have been invited to quote for. To do this you will need to go to the Current Tenders page, view the tender and click ‘OPT IN’. Once you have opted in you will be able to view all documents associated with that tender.
Please make sure you receive email notifications from the In-tend portal by adding their email domain @in-tendorganiser.co.uk to your safe senders and check your spam filter settings.
