Job purpose summary:
The Property Administrator will play a vital role within LTN’s Property team, overseeing various aspects of property administration across the commercial portfolio. This position supports the effective management of property assets, ensuring smooth operation of administrative processes, accurate financial tracking, and efficient coordination of contracts and property leases.
As a key contributor to the Property function, the Property Administrator will assist providing support for the Commercial Property team. The role demands a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in delivering excellence in property administration.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, analytical, and driven professional who is eager to make a tangible impact and support the continuous improvement of property performance across the business.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Oversee day-to-day property administration activities across all sites to include data inputting, purchase orders and general administration functions.
Maintain accurate property records, lease documentation, and contract databases.
Support capital projects and financial performance reporting through data analysis and documentation management.
Help to coordinate property-related invoices, recharges, and budget tracking.
Contribute to the preparation of reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and contractors to ensure compliance and timely delivery of property objectives.
Support the implementation of property systems, policies, and process improvements.
Contribute to delivering a great guest experience by performing your role with accuracy and efficiency. Recognising that every task whether guest facing or behind the scenes contributes to supporting the company’s overall LLA Way Strategy and service standards.
Proactively and positively promote the LLA Way initiatives and projects with all employees and the wider airport community.
Knowledge, skills & experience required:
Experience of working in an administrative role (desirable)
Financial Awareness: some basic knowledge of budgeting, invoicing and capital project delivery.
Compliance and Governance: Familiarity with property compliance requirements, such as health & safety, insurance, and statutory obligations. (is an advantage)
Systems and Technology: Proficient database management and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Experience with financial or asset management software is an advantage.
Data Management: Ability to collect, analyse, and present data clearly to support decision-making and performance tracking.
Reporting and Communication: ability to the contribution of prepare professional reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
Good Mathematics Skills are required.
