An Access Agreement is an agreement which grants access permission to a relevant company (“the Operator”) for a specific access purpose. It denotes the required insurances and sets out the conditions for operating at London Luton Airport. Our security ID unit will ensure a valid Access Agreement is in place before registering any company for airside ID passes.

To register your business’s initial interest in setting up an access agreement with LLA please complete the form below. Once completed a member of the LLA Commercial Property team will be in contact to assist in the setup of the agreement.

Please note you will need to have a valid contract/agreement in place with a third-party business based at LLA to validate the Access Agreement.
