Every employee at London Luton Airport is required to obtain am airport identification pass.

The information below will guide you on the steps required.


Step 1 - 5 years employment history

We'll need to know the companies you worked for or the educational establishments you attended over the past 5 years.



Step 2 - criminal record check

Any criminal convictions, cautions or fines, in the UK or abroad will need to be declared.
 


Step 3 -  proof of address

A driving licence, council tax bill, recent utility bill or bank statement will be needed to prove where you live.


Step 4 - referee details

We'll need the names and addresses of people who can provide a reference for you.


Step 5 - GSAT training

General Security Awareness Training is mandatory for anyone working airside. Don't worry, this will be provided by your employer. Every employee at London Luton Airport is required to obtain an airport identification pass.


Step 6 - proof of ID

Acceptable forms of identification:
  • Valid UK Passport
  • UK Driving Licence
  • Valid full EU Passport
  • Valid National Identity Card
  • Full valid non-EU Passport (Must be an original and together with documentation issued by the Home Office confirming your right to live and work in the UK.)
  • Biometric Residence Permit
