What’s covered on the course?
This half day qualification has been designed to provide learners with the skills needed to administer safe, prompt and effective basic life support and use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) safely in emergency situations.
This qualification also serves well is to refresh the first aid skills and knowledge of qualified first aiders to avoid skill fade as recommended by the HSE. With all subjects covered in just half a day, this course is an ideal way to satisfy HSE requirements whilst minimising disruption to your organisation’s day to day activities!
Assessment
Candidates are assessed by FAIB Approved trainer continuously throughout the course
