We’re excited to announce the launch of a brand-new opportunity as part of our London Luton Airport Apprenticeship Programme! In line with our partnership commitments with Luton Borough Council, we’re providing local opportunities for local residents from LU1 to LU4 postcodes to join our busy and creative Digital Marketing team — while earning a Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification with award-winning provider LDN Apprenticeships.

About the Apprenticeship
The marketing world is changing fast, and this apprenticeship reflects exactly that. Delivered by LDN Apprenticeships (Ofsted Outstanding), the Multi-Channel Marketer programme will give you hands-on experience across digital platforms. You’ll learn to deliver integrated campaigns that reach and engage our passengers, partners, and communities.
Your Role at London Luton Airport will include:
- Supporting the creation and delivery of marketing activity across digital platforms, including organic search, paid search, web experimentation and more.
- Helping to plan, execute and report on ad hoc and automated campaigns across the CRM channels: email, web push, SMS and on-(web)site.
- Creating engaging content for different channels, including emails, blogs and social media content.
- Managing the day-to-day website performance, including the co-ordination of content change requests.
- Assisting with market research, data analysis, and reporting on campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the MarComms team on traditional marketing activities including print, outdoor media and press releases.
- Supporting customer experience and passenger engagement initiatives.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies on marketing projects.
- Keeping up with the latest marketing trends and bringing fresh ideas to the team.
Training & Qualification
You’ll be enrolled in the Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship, designed by LDN Apprenticeships. This standard covers everything you need to succeed in today’s marketing world — from SEO and social media to customer journey mapping, campaign planning, and multi-channel strategy.
- Duration: 16 months (12-month apprenticeship, 4-month gateway period to prepare for EPA)
- Delivered by LDN Apprenticeships (Ofsted-rated Outstanding)
- Includes development days with leading brands and marketing experts
- A level equivalent qualification upon successful completion of the apprenticeship
- 1-1 meetings with assigned skills coach
- Opportunity to network and learn with other apprentices in monthly live sessions
- In person development days every 6 months
The successful apprentice will cover topics such as:
- Marketing Fundamentals
- Analysis, planning & strategy
- Content & Communication
- Channels, tools & techniques
- Campaign Management
- Analysis & Evaluation
Typical work pattern
- 37 hours per week (Including one study day)
- Typical working hours are between 09:00 – 17:30
Who we're looking for
- A creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and customer experience
- Keen to learn about both digital and traditional marketing channels
- A confident communicator with strong writing skills, comfortable with presenting ideas
- Organised, with good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Adaptable and eager to work in a fast-paced, dynamic airport environment
- Enjoys working as part of a team and bringing fresh ideas to the table
- Committed to delivering an excellent service to passengers and partners
Qualifications required/desirable
Minimum requirements:
- English and Maths at GCSE Grade 4 (C) or above, or Functional Skills Level 2 or above
Desired requirements:
- Passion in marketing, content creation, or social media (even personal projects) is a bonus
- Confident using Microsoft Office and keen to learn marketing tools like Canva, Adobe, Google Analytics and omni-channel engagement platforms like Insider, etc.
Eligibility

- Living in England for the past 3 years and have the right to work in the UK
- 5-year checkable work/education history
- Not currently enrolled on any other courses
- Aged 18 or over
- Living in Luton (LU1-LU4)
