Picking Up passengers in unauthorised areas creates a risk both to the safety of passengers and other road users, as well as causing congestion and disruption to traffic.
An £95.00 enforcement charge is payable by drivers who stop their vehicles to Pick Up passengers on the approach roads, roundabout, or bus lane leading up to the London Luton Airport terminal.
This charge is reduced to £55.00 if paid within 14 days.
This will be strictly enforced with mobile CCTV cameras.
Please note that if a flight is delayed or if you arrive early to pick up passengers, you can use one of the free options and then relocate to your preferred option when the passengers are ready to be collected.
