Please note:
From 1st July 2007 it is against UK Law to smoke in public buildings.

Smoking will not be permitted anywhere at London Luton Airport except in external designated areas.

Babycare Room

Special babycare rooms equipped with changing tables, nappy dispensers and other essential equipment are available to provide comfort and privacy for passengers travelling with young babies.

BT Openzone Wireless LAN

BT Openzone, a public-access wireless broadband (Wi-Fi) service that gets you online at high speed when you're out and about, is now available at London Luton Airport! This means you can now access the internet in hotspots around the airport without having to plug in internet cables or wires.

Visit the following areas of the Check In Concourse to pick up a BT Openzone signal:

Once you're in a hotspot, open an internet browser and enter www.btopenzone.com to access the BT Openzone log-in page. If you don't already have an account with BT Openzone, you can purchase BT Openzone access time when you're in any hotspot, or from this website by clicking here and then clicking on the BT Openzone banner at the bottom of the page.

International Currency Exchange

International Currency Exchange (ICE) offers currency exchange, BT and International phonecards and travel insurance.

Cash Point Machines / ATMs

Cash machines are available in the Check In Concourse.

Internet Cafe

Spectrum Internet Cafe is situated in the Check In Concourse. Equipped with large 17" screens where you can surf the web, check e-mail and play online games. £1 for 10 minutes payable by Sterling or Euro coins and most major credit cards.

Left Luggage

There is Left Luggage Storage facility which is accessible 24 hours a day and it is situated next to Outsize Baggage in the Check In Concourse.

Prices are £4.00/ €6.60 per item per 24 hours and payments can be made in Sterling, Euro (€5 and €10 notes only) and by credit card.

Change will be given in British Sterling Pounds only and no refunds are available on this service.

Postal Facilities

There are postal facilities situated to the right of Door 3. Stamps are available from WH Smith and International Currency Exchange (ICE).

There is also a postal box in the Departure Lounge.
