If you require access into a Staff Car Park, you must speak to your Authorising Officer who will make the necessary arrangements via the dedicated email address.Once permission is granted your company will be notified who will then advise you. You can then come over to the ID Centre and collect your car park disc. Access will be placed on your ID Pass at the same time.Car park discs must be collected within one month of being notified that it is ready for collection. Otherwise the disc will be destroyed, and your Authorising Officer will have to apply again. Please also be advised that all car parking queries are dealt with via email at staffcarparks@ltn.aeroThe ID Centre Staff can not deal with any car parking queries via telephone
