Wind Jet Chooses London Luton Airport

London Luton Airport is delighted to announce the arrival of new airline Wind Jet with flights to Forli, Italy. Another new airline for the Airport and more choice for passengers.
Commencing 2nd July 2009, the Italian based airline will further expand the London Luton Airport route network into Italy with twice weekly services to/from Forli Airport. Offering low fares and flying an Airbus 320 jet aircraft, Wind Jet expects the London Luton flights to be a resounding success. Flights are on sale now and can be booked at www.volawindjet.it
Flying to Forli provides easy onward access to some of Italy's most intriguing destinations such as Ravenna, Rimini and San Marino. London Luton flights to Forli are ideally timed to provide simple onward flight connections to both Catania and Palermo in Sicily, famed for its beautiful beaches, cuisine, and fascinating history.

London Luton Airport is one of the UK's largest airports now
carrying over 10 million passengers, employing over 500 staff, the
airport is a major economic driver for the region, as well as a
major base for 'low cost' or 'no frills' air travel.
Blue Air, EasyJet, EL AL, Ryanair, Wizz Air, Monarch, Thomson,
SkyEurope, Aer Arann, EL AL, Flybe, transavia.com and Thomas Cook
already operate from the airport, departing to over 95 destinations
including services to Europe, Africa, and Asia, with onward
connections to Mumbai, Hong Kong, Johannesburg, Beijing and Bangkok

Abertis Infraestructuras, a leading European infrastructure

national airport and air traffic control organisation, is a 10 per
cent shareholder.
