How do the LLA shopping nights work
Step-by-step guide
Step 1 - Upon Arrival - 20:15 onwards - Head to the terminal
Approach the terminal building as if you were flying. Follow signs to Terminal Car Park 1 or 2 and take a ticket on entry to the car park. Parking is FREE for this event.
Step 2 - Around 20:30 - Check-in opens
Head to the check-in area. Event staff will scan your Eventbrite ticket (printed or digital). You will join a queue to have your ID checked and an event pass issued to access the Departure lounge.
You MUST have registered for a ticket and bring a valid form of ID to access the event (passport or driving licence). NO VALID ID, NO ENTRY, NO EXCEPTIONS!
Step 3 - Grab a coffee and relax landside
Do not crowd the security gates until the event opens. There will be an announcement when this happens. Once the last flight is on final call at approximately 21:30, we will be given permission to open. Please be patient in case of flight delays.
Step 4 - Approximately 21:30 - Security screen
All attendees must go through normal airport security screening.
Note: Hand luggage-sized bags only are permitted. All rules around liquids/hazardous items apply.
Step 5 - Shop until you drop
The last entry for the event will be at 11:30 PM

Shopping night frequently asked questions
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
YES! Due to the event being held airside you will need valid photo ID. Passport or driving licence are accepted.
Anyone under 18 must be accompanied.
Can I update my registration information?
You can cancel tickets and rebook through Eventbrite
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes, or alternatively please show your invite on your smartphone.
Please note we will be checking invites off against a guestlist so there is no duplication
Do I need to go through Security?

How do I park for the event?
Simply take a ticket from the barrier on entry to the car park.
