What is Priority Drop & Go?

We have recently replaced our Priority Parking Meet and Greet Service with Priority Parking Drop & Go.

Unlike the Meet and Greet service, you will no longer be greeted by a staff member when you leave your car with us. Instead, you will park your vehicle in a designated Drop & Go area, easily check in using one of our self-service machines and drop your keys in a secure key chute.

Conveniently located just a 3-minute walk away from the terminal, Drop & Go offers a convenient parking solution and a time-saving start to your journey.

How the Priority Parking Drop & Go works

Here’s a step-by-step guide for this parking option:

On arrival

Follow signs to Priority Parking on Level 2 of Terminal Car Park 1.
Drive up to the entry barrier – our HD cameras will capture a 360° image of your vehicle. The barrier will automatically open after your booking is found.
Drive to level 2 and park in any available bay, take note of your bay number and proceed to the Priority Parking reception.
Check in using our self-service machines - Scan your QR code, barcode or enter your vehicle registration. Then, a label will print with your booking details on along with a return receipt.
Attach the printed label to your keys using a key tag and drop your keys in the secure key chute. Keep your return receipt safe.
One of our professional drivers will then move your vehicle to a secure, on-site storage location.

On your return

If you're delayed or arriving earlier than planned, text the number on your return receipt to ensure your vehicle is ready.
Your vehicle will be returned in advance and rescanned by our HD camera system to confirm its condition.
Scan your QR code or barcode on your receipt at the collection locker to retrieve your keys.
The system will notify you of your vehicle’s return bay for pickup.

What is Priority Parking at London Luton Airport?

Priority Parking is the most convenient way to park at LLA. You simply drop off your car at the Priority Parking area on Level 2 of Terminal Car Park 1 and check in using the self-service ticket machines. You will be provided with a receipt to use on your return.

What should I do when I arrive at the Drop and Go Parking?

Drive up to the barrier, where the condition of your car will be recorded. The barrier will then automatically raise once it recognises your car registration. If the barrier does not raise, use the intercom and quote your reference number.

Park in any available bay (note your bay number) and proceed to the Priority Parking Reception and check in using your QR code, barcode, or vehicle registration.

A label with your booking details will print – attach it to your keys using a key tag and drop your keys in the secure key chute. Keep your return receipt safe.

Our professional driver will move your vehicle to a secure, on-site storage location.
