- To be eligible for the offer, passengers must present a valid boarding pass (for flights departing/arriving at London Luton Airport between 1st August and 1st September 2026) to the bus driver.
- Eligibility for the offer is determined by the participating bus operator.
- This offer is only valid for the passenger named on the boarding pass and travelling on the flight shown on it.
- Boarding passes cannot be transferred to another person.

When can I get free bus travel to the airport?
You can travel for free to and from the airport by direct Arriva or Stagecoach bus between 1st and 31st August 2026.
Simply show your valid flight boarding pass (printed or digital) to the driver before payment to enjoy your free bus journey.
Your flight must be departing from or arriving at London Luton Airport between 1st August and 1st September 2026.
Can I use the offer on a bus service that does not go directly to the terminal?
No. The offer is only valid on participating Arriva and Stagecoach direct bus services to and from London Luton Airport.
Can I use the offer for a non-flight journey, such as visiting the airport?
No. The offer is only available to passengers travelling on a flight to or from London Luton Airport.
What happens if I forget to show my boarding pass?
You will pay the normal fare. Refunds cannot be provided for journeys where a valid boarding pass was not shown before payment.
What happens if my bus is delayed or cancelled?
The offer does not guarantee a particular service. Normal bus operator policies apply in the event of delays or cancellations. Please allow enough time for your journey to the airport.
