1. These Terms
1.1 These Parking Discount Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) explain the parking discount available at London Luton Airport to eligible myLLA members.
1.2 These Terms apply in addition to and should be read in conjunction with LLA Terms of Website Use, LLA’s Website and Telephone Car Park Booking – Terms and Conditions of Sale, and LLA’s Terms of Use for the Car Parks, Roads and Drop-Off Zone at London Luton Airport (the “Parking Terms”).
2. Parking Discount
2.1 LLA is offering a 15% parking discount on all LLA parking products (Terminal Car Park 1, Terminal Car Park 2, Priority Parking – Drop & Go, Mid Stay Car Park and Long Stay Car Park) (“Parking Discount”), subject to eligibility.
2.2 The Parking Discount is available only on LLA parking products and the discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
2.3 The Parking Discount will be available for a period from the date of the Discount Awareness Email (as defined in clause 4.1) to 11:59 PM on 31 December 2026 (UK Time Zone) (inclusive) (“Offer Period”).
3. Eligibility
3.1 To qualify for the Parking Discount:
3.1.1 you must be a registered member of myLLA with an active user account (see link here to become a member of myLLA https://www.london-luton.co.uk/mylla/register);
3.1.2 you must have subscribed to receive email marketing communications from London Luton Airport; and
3.1.3 you must have previously booked an LLA car parking product and used that parking product within the last three days of the Discount Awareness Email (as defined in clause 4.1),
4. How to use the discount
4.1 The Parking Discount link will be included in an email sent to the Eligible myLLA Member (“Discount Awareness Email”).
4.2 To use the Parking Discount, the Eligible myLLA Members must click on the link in the Discount Awareness Email which will direct them to the parking section on our website. Once parking dates have been selected, the Parking Discount will automatically apply to the prices shown.
4.3 The Parking Discount can only be used for new bookings of our parking products and cannot be applied against a booking that has already been made.
4.4 The Parking Discount can only be used to book LLA parking products within 12 months from the date of booking.
4.5 LLA does not accept any responsibility or liability for bookings made by an Eligible myLLA Member using a different website or link to book any LLA parking product.
5. General
5.1 The Eligible myLLA Member remains subject to the applicable Parking Terms when the Parking Discount is used.
5.2 LLA reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, discontinue, vary or suspend the Parking Discount.
5.3 LLA reserves the right to change these Terms at any time.
