Pushchair Terms of Use:
Pushchairs are provided by us - London Luton Airport Operations Limited (”LLA”) - at no extra charge to you.
 
 By using a pushchair, you understand and agree that:
  1. The use of the pushchair is at your, and any other user or occupant’s, own risk;
  2. The pushchair is only intended to be used to transport one young child in accordance with the terms set out below;
  3. LLA does not provide any assurance that the pushchair is safe or suitable for use by any particular child (including those with special needs or disability requirements); and
  4. LLA will not be liable to you, or any other user or occupant, of the pushchair for any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of the use of the pushchair except where it is caused by the negligence of LLA. 
When using a pushchair, you must make sure that:
  1. You inspect the pushchair before use and satisfy yourself that it is safe to use and suitable for the child who will be seated in the pushchair;
  2. That only one child over the age of 6 months and under 25 kilograms in weight is seated in the pushchair;
  3. The child seated in the pushchair is properly secured using the fastenings provided;
  4. You do not leave the child seated in the pushchair unattended at any time;
  5. You apply the pushchair’s brake whenever the pushchair is stationary;
  6. You only use the pushchair on pedestrian walkways within the terminal building;
  7. You do not use the pushchair on any escalators;
  8. You do not use the pushchair in an unsafe or improper manner;
  9. You do not run with the pushchair or push it faster than a normal walking speed;
  10. You do not load luggage onto the pushchair or hang luggage from the pushchair;
  11. You do not damage the pushchair or injure any other person whilst using the pushchair;
  12. You do not use the pushchair if it becomes defective and unsafe;
  13. You do not take the pushchair outside of the terminal building; and
  14. You return the pushchair to one of the designated bays located in the baggage reclaim hall adjacent to belt 2 and belt 5.
