About the Luton DART

In March 2023, The Luton DART (Direct Air-Rail Transit) replaced the shuttle bus service with an improved seamless airport transfer covering a distance of 2.3km between Luton Airport Parkway and London Luton Airport Terminal.

Taking less than four minutes, the shuttle is fully automated and electrically powered and offers a fast and reliable connection to the terminal entrance.

The Luton DART connects you seamlessly from rail services at Luton Airport Parkway to and from the Terminal.

Open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, Luton DART runs at peak, off-peak and super off-peak times:

  • Peak: every 5 minutes (06:00–09:30 and 14:00–18:00)
  • Off-peak: every 8 minutes (all times outside of Peak and Super off-peak)
  • Super off-peak: every 15 minutes (22:00-04:00)
