That’s right, if you find exactly the same on-airport car parking cheaper within 24 hours of making your online booking with us, we’ll refund you the difference between the price you have paid to us, and the price quoted to you for the same on-airport car parking elsewhere. Please see the details on how to make a claim and the terms and conditions which apply to this offer below.

*If the difference in price is at least 50 pence or greater and the duration you have booked car parking with us for is at least 24 hours or longer.

How to claim

If you’ve found the same on-airport car parking cheaper on another website, email us at [email protected] with copies of the lower booking quotes you received for the same on-airport car parking (and include the required details set out in the terms and conditions below).

If the on-airport car parking you are comparing is identical in all respects to the on-airport car parking you have booked with us, and you satisfy the terms set out below, we’ll honour your booking AND give you the difference in price between the price you paid to us for your on-airport parking and the price you were quoted elsewhere.

Please note that any difference in the booking details for the on-airport car parking being compared, or the booking terms applicable to each, (including, but not limited to, the length of stay, arrival date and time, departure date and time or cancellation terms) will mean that this offer is not available to you and we will not refund the price difference.

Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to each claim made by you in respect of London Luton Airport Operation Limited’s (“us”, “we”) Parking Price Promise. By submitting a claim to us in respect of our Parking Price Promise, you agree to these terms and conditions.

  1. To be entitled to a refund of the difference in price (a “Price Difference Refund”) between the price you paid to us for your on-airport parking (“Your Booking”), and the price you were quoted elsewhere (“Competitor’s Quote”):
    1. you must email us at [email protected] with the following details:
      1. your name and booking reference number applicable to Your Booking;
      2. the fact that you would like to make a claim for a Price Difference Refund in accordance with our Parking Price Promise;
      3. the amount you believe the Price Difference Refund should be;
      4. the proposed price, booking start date and time, booking end date and time and the on-airport car parking product applicable to the Competitor’s Quote; and
      5. a screenshot or copy of the Competitor’s Quote (showing the details set out in paragraph 1.1(d) above);
    2. you must submit your claim to us and the details set out above within 24 hours of making Your Booking;
    3. the proposed price of the Competitor’s Quote must have been quoted to you in pounds sterling and be the gross amount before any discounts, vouchers, coupons or offers are applied;
    4. the total amount of time you have booked car parking for in respect of Your Booking must be for at least 24 hours or longer;
    5. you must not cancel Your Booking at any time (either before or after you submit your claim);
    6. you must have made Your Booking through our website https://www.london-luton.co.uk/;
    7. the Price Difference Refund must be for an amount of at least 50 pence or greater;
    8. you must not have benefited from any other discounts or offers being applied to Your Booking;
    9. the booking details applicable to Your Booking and the Competitor’s Quote must be the same in every respect, including the length of stay, estimated time of arrival and estimated time of departure; and
    10. the terms and conditions applicable to Your Booking and the Competitor’s Quote must (in substance) be the same in every respect, including the same cancellation terms.
  2. If your claim satisfies the requirements of these terms and conditions, we will pay you the Price Difference Refund within 30 days after the last day on which you have booked car parking with us in respect of Your Booking. The Price Difference Refund shall be calculated by deducting the price (excluding any VAT, discounts, vouchers, coupons or offers) quoted to you in the Competitor’s Quote from the price (excluding VAT) paid by you to us for Your Booking. We will pay the Price Difference Refund to you by the payment method you used to make Your Booking.
  3. We will process your personal information when you submit your claim to us. For more details about the personal information we collect, how we collect it, why we need it, what we do with it, how long we keep it and what your rights are, please see our privacy notice.
  4. We may, at our discretion, at any time suspend or terminate the Parking Price Promise or unilaterally vary any of these terms and conditions (without reference to you).
  5. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and you and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
