LLA Parking Experience Survey Prize Draw

1. Prize draw organiser

The organiser of the Parking Experience Survey prize draw (“Prize Draw”) is London Luton Airport Operations Limited (“LLA”) of Percival House 134 Percival Way, London Luton Airport, Luton, United Kingdom, LU2 9NU (registered number: 03491213).

1.1 The Prize Draw offers those who complete LLA’s Parking Experience Survey (“Survey”) the chance to win a £100.00 Amazon voucher (detailed below) in accordance with these terms and conditions (the “Prize”).

1.2 LLA is the sole organiser of the Prize Draw. Any information you submit when entering the Prize Draw is submitted to LLA as the organiser.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Prize Draw is open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over who:

(a) have booked car parking via the official London Luton Airport website in the two year period ending on 06 August 2026 (“Relevant Booking”); and

(b) complete and submit the Survey;

except

(i) employees of LLA or its holding or subsidiary companies;

(ii) employees of agents or suppliers of LLA, its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the Prize Draw or its administration; or

(iii) members of the immediate families or households of (i) and (ii) above.

3. How to enter

3.1 To enter the Prize Draw, you must:

(a) meet the eligibility criteria set out in clause 2.1;

(b) open the email titled “Parking Experience Survey” sent to the address associated with your Relevant Booking (“Survey Email”);

(d) fully complete the questionnaire in the Survey;

(e) opt in to the Prize Draw (which is free to enter) at the end of the Survey; and

(f) submit the Survey.

3.2 The Survey will be available for submission from 3:00 pm on 12 August 2026 (the "Opening Date") to 4:00 pm on 4 September 2026 (the "Closing Date") inclusive.  

3.3 By entering into the Prize Draw, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

3.4 In entering the Prize Draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prize.

3.5 LLA will not accept Prize Draw entries, or may refuse to award the Prize, that LLA determines (at its absolute discretion) do not comply with these terms and conditions. LLA accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully submitted due to a technical fault or any kind.

3.6 There is a limit of one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted, and joint submissions are not allowed.

4. The prize

4.1 The prizes are

(a) three (3) Amazon gift vouchers worth £100.00 each.

4.2 The Prizes are subject to any terms of use of the voucher issued by the voucher supplier.

4.3 LLA may substitute the Prizes with prizes of equal or greater value.

4.4 The Prizes are not negotiable or transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.

5. Winner

5.1 The winners of the Prize Draw will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process from all valid Prize Draw entries (“Winner”). The draw will take place on 7 September 2026 (“Draw Date”). There will be one winner per prize. For the avoidance of doubt, this means, there will be three (3) winners for each of the £100 Amazon gift vouchers.

5.2 The Winner will be notified by email on 7 September 2026 (using details associated with the Winner’s Relevant Booking). 

6. Claiming the Prize

6.1 The Winner will be required to respond to the email from LLA (notifying them that they have won) within 14 days from the date of such email in order to claim the Prize.

6.2 If the Winner does not respond to LLA’s email within the 14 day time period, then the Winner’s Prize will be forfeited and LLA will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

6.3 The Prize will be sent to the Winner by email within 7 days of the Prize being claimed.

6.4 The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on the Winner’s behalf.

7. Limitation of liability

7.1 Insofar as is permitted by law, LLA will not be liable for any loss or damage:

(a) incurred by any participant in the Prize Draw, in connection with their failure to win the Prize in accordance with these terms;

(b) incurred by the Winner, in connection with the Winner not taking up or using the Prize; or

(c) incurred by the Winner in taking up or utilising the Prize except where such loss or damage is caused by the negligence of LLA or its sub-contractors or that of their employees.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

8. Data protection

8.1 LLA will only process your personal information to the extent necessary to administer the Competition and award the prizes. This includes sharing Winners’ information with third parties issuing any of the Competition prizes.

9. General

9.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, LLA may, at its discretion, exclude you from participating in the Prize Draw.

9.2 LLA may suspend, cancel, or change any term of this Prize Draw (including the Prize) at any time.

9.3 These terms are governed by English law and you and we can bring legal proceedings in connection with these terms in the English courts. If you live in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, you and we can also bring claims legal proceedings in the courts of the country you live in.
