Competitions Terms and Conditions

Here you will find all terms and conditions for our current running competitions:

DAN BROWN x LUTON COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. The competition is available to all entrants except those involved in the administration of the competition, employees, agents, or family members of WHSmith.
  2. The competition will run from 18th September to 22nd September. The Winner’s name will be randomly selected after that date.
  3. Entries must be made no later than midnight on 22nd September. No responsibility is accepted for computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of entry will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
  4. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
  5. The prize comprises 2 bundles of the Dan Brown books, including the following titles: The Secret of Secrets, Angels and Demons, The Da Vinci Code, The Lost Symbol, Inferno, and Origin.

  7. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
  8. All entrants' details may be used in promotional activity/materials, and the winner(s) may be required to participate in promotional activity related to this competition.
  9. The random selection of a winner is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  10. Entry to the competition is deemed as full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions of entry.
  11. WHSmith reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equivalent value if the original is no longer available.
  12. Winners will be picked and contacted through social media. Winners will have 7 days to accept the prize/s.
  13. Winners will then be announced via WH Smith social media channels.
  14. The competition prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or otherwise or refunded.
  15. Please note that this promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Facebook. By entering the competition, you fully release and hold Instagram and Facebook harmless from liability. 
  16. This competition and these Terms and Conditions are subject to and governed by English law.
