myLLA Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

LLA myLLA Prize Draw (Amazon £100 Voucher) 

1. Prize Draw organiser 

The organiser of the prize draw (“Prize Draw”) is London Luton Airport Operations Limited (“LLA”) of Percival House 134 Percival Way, London Luton Airport, Luton, United Kingdom, LU2 9NU (registered number: 03491213).  

1.1. The Prize Draw offers those who complete LLA’s myLLA Survey the chance to win a £100.00 Amazon voucher (detailed below) in accordance with these terms and conditions (the “Prize”).  

1.2. LLA is the sole organiser of the Prize Draw. Any information you submit when entering the Prize Draw is submitted to LLA as the organiser.   

2. How to enter

2.1. The myLLA Survey (“Survey”) will be available for submission from 10:00 am on 31 July 2026 (the "Opening Date") to 4:00 pm on 20 August 2026 (the "Closing Date") inclusive.   

2.2. To enter the Prize Draw you must be eligible to complete the Survey and fully complete and submit the Survey, opting in to the Prize Draw, by the Closing Date. The Prize Draw is free to enter. 

2.3. To enter the Prize Draw, you must: 

(a) be a myLLA member; 

(b) open the email titled “myLLA Prize Draw Survey” sent to the address associated with your myLLA account; 

(c) click on the link to the Survey; 

(d) fully complete and submit the Survey.   

3. Eligibility

3.1. The Prize Draw is open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over who complete and submit the Survey, except: 

(a) employees of LLA or its holding or subsidiary companies; 

(b) employees of agents or suppliers of LLA its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the Prize Draw or its administration; or 

(c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above. 

3.2. In entering the Prize Draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prize.  

3.3. LLA will not accept Prize Draw entries, or may refuse to award the Prize, that LLA determines (at its absolute discretion) do not comply with these terms and conditions.  LLA accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully submitted due to a technical fault or any kind. 

3.4. There is a limit of one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted, and joint submissions are not allowed. 

4. The Prize

4.1. The Prize is one Amazon gift voucher worth £100.00.  

4.2. The Prize is subject to any terms of use of the voucher issued by the voucher supplier.  

4.3. LLA may substitute the Prize with prizes of equal or greater value. 

4.4. The Prize is not negotiable or transferable, and no cash alternative is offered. 

5. Winner

5.1. A winner of the Prize Draw will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process from all valid Prize Draw entries (“Winner”). The draw will take place on 21 August 2026 (“Draw Date”). There will only be one Winner.  

5.2. The Winner will be directly contacted via the email address used in the submission of the Survey on 24 August 2026.  

6. Claiming the prize

6.1. The Winner will be notified by email (using details provided at entry) on 6 April 2026. If the Winner does not respond to LLA within 28 days of being notified by LLA, then the Winner’s Prize will be forfeited and LLA will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. 

6.2. The Prize will be sent to the Winner by email within 28 days of the Prize being claimed. 

6.3. The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on the Winner’s behalf. 

7. Limitation of liability 

7.1. Insofar as is permitted by law, LLA will not be liable for any loss or damage: 

(a) incurred by any participant in the Prize Draw, in connection with their failure to win the Prize in accordance with these terms; 

(b) incurred by the Winner, in connection with the Winner not taking up or using the Prize; or  

(c) incurred by the Winner in taking up or utilising the Prize except where such loss or damage is caused by the negligence of LLA or its sub-contractors or that of their employees.  

Your statutory rights are not affected. 

8. Data protection

8.1. LLA will only process your personal information as set out in LLA’s privacy notice: https://www.london-luton.co.uk/privacy-notice.

8.2. LLA reserves the right to publish or share information relating to the Winner as is necessary in accordance with UK law (including rules on promotions and advertising). 

9. General 

9.1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, LLA may, at its discretion, exclude you from participating in the Prize Draw. 

9.2. LLA may suspend, cancel, or change any term of this Prize Draw (including the Prize) at any time. 

9.3. These terms are governed by English law and you and we can bring legal proceedings in connection with these terms in the English courts. If you live in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, you and we can also bring claims legal proceedings in the courts of the country you live in.
