Any passenger can book a stay at an airport lounge before they fly. It’s possible to turn up at the door and pay on entry. Or, if you hold a lounge access card, you can prebook and secure your entry before turning up at the airport.

What can I do in an airport lounge?

Airport lounges are designed to be a relaxing pre-flight pitstop. Maintain respect for other passengers by keeping the volume low for a high chance of relaxation. Listening to music? Don’t forget to put your headphones in. Taking a phone call? Try to keep it brief.

Using No1 Lounge or My Lounge at LLA? We’ve got handy, helpful FAQs on each page so you can decide where’s best for you before you book.

How long can I stay in an airport lounge?

Airport lounges are very relaxing, but you can’t stay in them forever. Once your flight’s gate is called, you’ll have to leave the lounge and walk to your flight.

At LLA, lounge entry is valid for three hours before your departure time. That’s ideal for getting some food, enjoying hot and cold drinks, and watching the world go by before you fly.

Can I bring children inside an airport lounge?

Yes, children are allowed in airport lounges. Some are adult-only spaces, so check with the lounge you’re booking in before you travel.
Both lounges at London Luton Airport allow children - infants under 2 can enter for free. My Lounge even has interactive tables and TV screens, so you can guarantee playtime before plane time.

Can I miss my flight in an airport lounge?

It’s easy to chill out in an airport lounge. Very easy. You may even forget you’re about to hop on a plane! Lounges will have flight information displays dotted on the walls, but they may not announce boarding gates over a tannoy. We’d recommend setting an alarm on your phone for the expected gate announcement time so you’re all ready to go.
