If it’s time to feed your little one, just ask one of our Passenger Service Assistants to guide you to the nearest spot for peace and privacy.

Family area

Have some time to wait for your flight? Why not keep the kids entertained in our airport-themed, family friendly area with big screen fun for the kids. Follow the signs to gates 1-6, and it's just around the corner from Pret A Manger near the stairs.

Need to change that nappy?

Our Baby Care rooms have everything you need to make babies smell like daisies.

Pushchairs

If you’re departing, you can take your pushchair all the way to your departure gate before your flight. Your handling agent will tell you where you need to leave it so they can put it on the aircraft.

We have complimentary pushchairs you can borrow on your return journey, located along arrival routes. Please return them to the drop-off points in baggage reclaim, after your own pushchair has been delivered from the aircraft.

Help is at hand

Our Passenger Service Assistants can be found throughout the airport. They're there to answer any questions, offer any directions, help with medical emergencies and generally keep an eye on things.

They’re easy to spot – just look out for their hi-visibility uniforms and big friendly smiles, or pick up a red courtesy phone to contact them.
