If you need help when you arrive at LLA, please tell your airline when you book, and they’ll arrange your arrival support with our Assisted Travel (previously Special Assistance) team.

Getting to your parked car

Once you've arrived, you’ll want to be on the road in the shortest time possible. Prior to your trip, it's likely you parked your vehicle in Terminal Car Park 1 or 2, however, you may have chosen to use one of our alternative car parks. See below for information:

London Luton Airport Parking Locations:

Terminal Car Park 1 is just a short walk beyond our Arrivals exit and is clearly signposted.

Priority Parking is located on the 2nd floor of Terminal Car Park 1.  Scan your QR code or barcode on your receipt at the collection locker. This will pop open, and the system will notify you of your vehicle’s return bay.

Terminal Car Park 2 is just a short 5-minute walk beyond our Arrivals exit and is clearly signposted.

Mid Stay Car Park is a 10-minute walk from the terminal building.

Long Stay Car Park is a ten-minute trip on our FREE 24-hour Shuttle Bus from Bay B at our bus station.

Picking Up

We recommended that those with a blue badge or who used Assisted Travel be picked up in Levels 0 & 1 of Terminal Car Park 1.

Hiring a car

Our Car Hire Centre is about 1 mile from the terminal. The Centre is fully accessible and features an Assisted Travel (previously Special Assistance) Help Point, where staff can help you to complete the necessary documentation.

Fully accessible Shuttle Buses run to and from the terminal building and take about 5-10 minutes, depending on traffic.
