How to make a Noise Complaint

You can access TraVis, our flight tracking system, by clicking here

To start the process , please click the green complaint button located in the top bar of the page.

Please give us your details.

Let us know if you’re complaining about a specific aircraft or submitting a general complaint. (Please note: if you wish to complain about more than one aircraft, you’ll need to complete a form for each one).

If complaining about a specific aircraft, please select the date and time of the disturbance and click “Load matching flights”. A separate box will open on the right hand side of the page with a list of flights, please click on the one you are complaining about. If you are making a complaint about a general disturbance, you don’t need to select a flight.

Next, use the drop down menu to tell us the nature of the disturbance. There’s a box to give us more details if required.

Then, click the drop down menu to let us know how you’d like to receive a response.

Click “next” and a summary of your complaint will be displayed. If all details are correct, please click “submit”. If not, please click “back” to amend and then “submit”.
- We can then begin to investigate your complaint.
