How to make a Noise Complaint
We are sorry that you have cause to make a complaint, but please be assured we will register and investigate all valid aircraft noise complaints. See our video tutorial on how to use the TraVis system to register your complaint, or follow the instructions below.
You can access TraVis, our flight tracking system, by clicking here
To start the process, please click the contact button located in the top bar of the page.
Let us know if you are complaining about a specific aircraft or submitting a general complaint. (Please note: if you wish to complain about more than one specific aircraft, you will need to complete a form for each one).
Please provide us with your details.
If complaining about a specific aircraft, please select the date and time of the disturbance and click "Ok". A separate ‘Flight Table’ will open on the right-hand side of the page with a list of flights; please click on the aircraft that has caused disturbance. If you are submitting a complaint about a general disturbance, you will not need to select a flight.
Click “Next” and use the drop-down menu to describe the type of disturbance. There is a box below to provide more details if required.
Click “Next” and a summary of your complaint will be displayed. Please choose whether you would like to receive a confirmation email and regular updates from LLA's Flight Operations team. You will also need to fill in the security query.
If all details are correct, please click “Submit”. If not, please click “Back” to amend and then “Submit”.
- We can then begin to investigate your complaint as per our Aircraft Noise Enquiries & Complaints Policy.
