About PSSC

Who are the PSSC?

The Passenger Service Sub Committee (PSSC) was formed following a decision taken at our January meeting in 2010.

The PSSC exists to consider the entirety of the passenger experience at London Luton Airport, including Surface Access, Terminal facilities, Security, Immigration and complaints procedures.

The PSSC is a voluntary sub-committee drawn from the LLACC and others.

Forthcoming meetings:

PSSC Meetings - Normally, these are held about 4 weeks in advance of LLACC meetings, normally during the morning of the day on which NTSC meetings are held.
